Spring Mountain came to us looking to redefine its look. They thought they just needed a tune-up, but we ended up giving their image a body-off restoration, so to speak. They had so much more to offer than their old brand communicated, and they knew it. They called us in to help with a few small details, but once we described to them what we saw as potential, they decided to green light the works.
Their facility is world class, but their previous branding efforts were falling short of expressing that to potential clientele. It wasn’t clear what they had to offer, so they kept facing the problem of clients arriving at the facility, saying “THIS PLACE IS WAY NICER THAN I EXPECTED”. We gave the look a total overhaul from logos to web presence, and even produced some video elements to further illustrate their offerings and sharpen their public image.
Since our rebrand, Spring Mountain has experienced an increase in sales across the board. The customer experience is not only better at the facility; it’s also matched in the online representation. People are able to get a clear picture of just what an amazing facility Spring Mountain is, and they just can’t wait to book.
Branding Services
- We redesigned Spring Mountain’s entire logo system including their primary mark, driving school, and club logos.
- We set a new visual style for the brand that communicates the class and quality of the facility as well as the experience of driving at such a place.
- We redesigned the website to better showcase the facility, its offerings, and the experience you encounter.
- We produced, directed, and built a series of videos outlining various features of the facility and created some promo spots.
- We currently act as their creative and digital agency of record.
