A hologram of deceased rapper Tupac Shakur performed onstage last Sunday at the 2012 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. The shockingly-realistic Rap legend wowed audiences as he not only rapped alongside Snoop Dogg for two songs, he also interacted with him and even addressed the crowd, “What the f*#@ is up Coachella?!”

Matt has been invited to speak at this year’s Art of Marketing 2012, presented by the San Diego Chapter of the American Marketing Association. The Art of Marketing 2012 brings together speakers, panels and hands-on training intensives designed to illuminate, educate and paint the varied-yet-blended picture we call marketing.

In order to launch the event with energy and enthusiasm, Matt has been chosen to kick off with a presentation on Launching Brands with Creative Vision.”  Without giving too much away, Matt will discuss the engaging brand initiatives and creative thinking that BASIC uses everyday to build brands that people want to be a part of.

Alongside Matt, there are several other well-known speakers, digital gurus and creative pioneers from premiere agencies and mega brands here in San Diego.
